Content Policy & Prohibited Items

1. Scope

GetHuffi is an adult marketplace where users list items and digital content and deal with each other directly. GetHuffi is not a party to any transaction between users, and does not inspect, handle, own or ship any physical item.

Content on GetHuffi is published immediately and is not reviewed before it appears. Every user is responsible for what they post. We review content after publication, when we become aware of a possible violation.

This policy applies to listings, listing descriptions, images, videos, private messages, profile information, usernames, avatars, signatures and any other content you submit.

2. What you may list

Subject to the restrictions below, you may list:

• Worn underwear, panties, thongs, briefs and boxers
• Worn socks, tights, stockings and hosiery
• Worn shoes and other worn clothing
• Photographs and videos of feet
• Custom photo and video sets
• Text-based services such as chat and ratings
• Other services agreed directly between adults, where lawful

You must own the items you list and have the right to sell them. You must have created, or have the right to distribute, any digital content you list.

3. Prohibited content and items

Minors

Any content that depicts, describes, sexualises or references a person under 18 is absolutely prohibited. This includes:

• Any image or video of a person under 18, in any context
• Content presenting an adult as a minor, including school uniforms, styling or wording intended to suggest a minor
• Usernames, listing titles or descriptions referencing age below 18
• Any request or offer relating to such content

There is no tolerance and no appeal on this point.

Non-consensual and unlawful content

• Content depicting a person who has not consented to its creation or publication
• Intimate images shared without the consent of the person shown
• Content depicting coercion, trafficking, or a person unable to consent
• Content depicting non-simulated violence, injury or death
• Content depicting bestiality or necrophilia
• Content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of either party

Prohibited items

• Bodily fluids and biological samples of any kind, including blood, urine, semen and saliva
• Used sanitary products, including tampons, pads and menstrual items
• Medication, controlled substances, drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, ammunition and explosives
• Live animals and animal products requiring a permit
• Counterfeit goods and items infringing a trade mark
• Stolen goods, or goods you do not own
• Any item whose shipment is prohibited by the postal or customs rules applying to either party

Prohibited conduct

• Offering or requesting in-person meetings for sexual services
• Escorting, prostitution and any service prohibited in the relevant jurisdiction
• Advertising other platforms, cam sites or paid services in listings
• Requesting payment outside a listing in order to avoid platform rules
• Impersonating another person, brand or platform
• Publishing another user's personal information
• Spam, automated posting, and bulk duplicate listings

4. Rules for images and video

Every person appearing in content you upload must be 18 or older and must have consented to the content being created and published on GetHuffi.

You may not upload:

• Images you did not create and do not have the right to distribute
• Images taken from other websites, social media or other sellers
• Images containing another identifiable person without their consent
• Images containing visible personal information, such as an address, document or payment card

Metadata is not automatically removed from uploads by GetHuffi in all cases. You are responsible for stripping location and device data from your files before uploading if you do not wish to share it.

5. Third parties in your content

If another adult appears in your content, you must be able to demonstrate, on request, that they consented to its creation and publication. If you cannot, we will remove the content.

If you are shown in content published by another user without your consent, contact us at [email protected]. We will act on such reports as a priority.

6. Enforcement

Where we become aware of a violation, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or hide the content
• Restrict features on the account
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account
• Retain records relating to the violation
• Report the matter to the competent authorities where required by law

We generally notify the affected user of the action taken and the reason for it, unless notification is prohibited by law or would prejudice an investigation. You may contest a decision by writing to [email protected].
