18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

1. Age of persons appearing on this website

All persons appearing in any visual depiction on the website located at gethuffi.com (the "Website") were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created.

Every user must give a date of birth and confirm that they are 18 or older when they register, and must confirm again, each time content is submitted, that every person appearing in that content was 18 or older when it was created.

2. The operator is not a producer

The operator of the Website is not a "producer", whether primary or secondary, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear on the Website.

All content on the Website is submitted by users. The operator's activities in relation to that content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting, and the Website is provided to users as an online service.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator may remove material appearing on the Website as a result of actions taken by users, where that material is considered, in the operator's sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the policies and terms of service of the Website.

3. Exemption

To the extent that any depiction on the Website is one for which the operator might otherwise be considered a producer, such depiction is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons:

1. The depiction does not portray sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A);
2. The depiction does not portray the genitals or pubic area, and was created after 27 July 2006;
3. The depiction does not portray simulated sexually explicit activity occurring after the effective date of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A; or
4. The depiction was created before 3 July 1995.

4. Records held by users

Each user who submits content to the Website is solely responsible for compliance with any record-keeping obligation applicable to that user, and for retaining any records required in respect of persons appearing in their content.

By submitting content, users represent and warrant that they hold such records where required, and that they will produce them on lawful request.

5. Content involving minors is prohibited

Content depicting, describing, sexualising or referencing any person under 18 is absolutely prohibited on the Website, in any context and without exception. Such content is removed on discovery, the account is permanently terminated, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities where required by law.
